If you’ve got a discount code to use on our website — lucky you! Here’s a simple, step-by-step guide to help you apply your code at checkout.

We’ve kept this guide clear and easy to follow, especially for those who aren’t online shoppers every day. Let’s get started.

Step 1: Add your items to the cart

Browse through our range of Handy Lines, premium pegs, and accessories. Once you’ve found what you need, click the “Add to cart” button.

You’ll see a little shopping trolley icon at the top right of the screen. Click that when you’re ready to check out.

Step 2: Go to checkout

When you're in your cart, double-check your items. If everything looks good, click “Check Out”.

You’ll now be taken to a secure payment page to enter your details.

Step 3: Enter your details

Fill in your name, delivery address, and email. These are needed so we can get your order to you and send confirmation details.

Don’t worry — we keep your information private and secure.

Step 4: Look for the “Discount code” box

On the right-hand side of the screen (or below your order summary on mobile), you’ll see a field that says:

“Discount code or gift card”

Click into the box, type your code exactly as it appears (no extra spaces), and press “Apply”.

Step 5: Type in your code

If your code is valid, you’ll see the discount come off your total straight away. Some codes offer a percentage off, some a fixed value, and others might give you free delivery.

If the code doesn’t work, here are a few possible reasons:

  • The code might be misspelt
  • It might have already been used (some codes are limited to one use only)
  • You might have used it before (some codes are one per customer)
  • Your order might not meet the conditions for the discount (for example, a minimum spend or product type)
  • The code might have expired

Step 6: Complete your order

Once your discount is applied and everything looks right, you can enter your card details or choose another payment method like PayPal or After-Pay.

Click “Complete order” and you’re done! You’ll get a confirmation email with your order summary.
