Handy Line® Ordering Process
Ordering through our website is simple! Just add your chosen products to the cart, select ‘Pay with NDIS funds’ at checkout, and follow the prompts based on whether the NDIS Plan is Self-Managed, Plan-Managed, or NDIA-Managed.
Once we receive the order and the necessary additional information, we’ll process it, confirm via email, and update you again when the funds have been received and your order has been dispatched.
Self-Managed Participants
Clients can purchase directly through our website and claim reimbursement from NDIS.
Plan-Managed Participants
We provide an invoice for the client’s plan manager to process the order.
NDIA-Managed Participants
We manage the order and payment directly through the NDIA provider portal.
