Delivery Preference
To make sure your order is delivered safely, at checkout, you'll have the option to either have someone sign for it, or you can give permission to leave it at your door. If you choose the signature option and you're not available to sign, the driver will leave a card with pickup details. If that doesn’t work for you, a re-delivery fee may apply.
Delivery coverage
While we aim to deliver to as many locations as possible, some remote areas may be outside our delivery range. If you’re unsure, feel free to reach out before making a purchase.
Delivery restrictions
Because our Handy Lines® are already fully assembled and their boxes are larger than regular parcels, they can’t be delivered to post offices, P.O. Boxes, or parcel lockers. If your order contains a Handy Line®, it will be shipped through independent couriers who don’t deliver to these types of locations.
Delivery issue
Any damage that occurs during transit must be reported to Peggs within 24 hours of delivery. Failure to do so will result in Peggs not being held responsible.
We use trusted courier services for delivering our Handy Lines® across Australia but if you have any inquiries or special requests concerning the delivery process, feel free to get in touch with our customer service team.
Returns and refunds policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, we offer a 30-day change of mind guarantee on all our products. Just let us know and send the item back within 30 days of your purchase. But there are a few things to keep in mind:
We can only accept returns if the product is still in its original packaging, undamaged, and we’re notified within the 30-day window.
Our accessories can be returned by arranging your own postage, however, for Handy Lines®, we will arrange the return through our couriers, but the cost of return shipping will be taken off your refund. You’re responsible for making sure the product is returned safely, and the return shipping cost will be based on the actual delivery price, not the discounted rate we charge when sending it out.
Please note that delivery charges will only be refunded in cases where the return is a result of our error, a manufacturing fault, or damage occurring during transit.
