Shipping & Returns

Below are some common questions about shipping, returns, and exchanges

How long does delivery take?

Delivery to metro areas typically takes 5–7 business days, while regional locations may take 10-14 days. Busy sale and holiday periods such as EOFY, Black Friday and Christmas may have extended delivery times. 

Do you deliver to P.O. Boxes?

Handy Lines® cannot be sent to P.O. Boxes, however, smaller packages sent via Australia Post can be sent to PO Boxes or Parcel lockers.

Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to monitor its progress.

What happens if I'm not home for delivery?

If you've selected 'signature on delivery' and aren't available, a calling card will be left for pickup at the nearest depot. A re-delivery fee may apply if a second attempt is needed.

What is your returns policy?

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. Returns must be in original condition and packaging. Handy Lines® returns are arranged by Peggs, with freight costs deducted from your refund.

Who covers the cost of returning an item?

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except in cases of product defects, damage during transit (reported within 24 hours), or an error on our part.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Report any transit damage to Peggs within 24 hours of delivery to be eligible for a replacement or refund.

Payment & Ordering

How do I place an order?

Simply add products to your cart, proceed to checkout, enter your details, and complete payment. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed.

What payment methods do you accept?

Can I change my order after placing it?

If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, contact us as soon as possible to make changes. Please note if your order has been shipped we are unable to make changes.

How do I know my order was successful?

After checkout, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your order details.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel an order if it hasn’t been dispatched. If it has already been shipped, you may return it following our returns policy.

What should I do if I don’t receive my order confirmation email?

Can I re-tension the lines myself?

Yes! All of our Handy Line Models can have their polycord tightened at home.
