Whether your NDIS Plan is self-managed, plan-managed or NDIA (agency) managed, we can help. For next steps please follow the below steps relevant to your situation:
Self-Managed
To submit an order if your plan is self-managed:
- Visit our products page and add the equipment to your cart, then continue to checkout.
- At checkout, enter your shipping details and complete payment via your chosen payment method.
- Email hello@peggs.com.au with your Order Number and NDIS Participant Number. We will provide a tax invoice and receipt which can be used for reimbursement.
Plan Managed
To submit an order to a plan manager:
- Visit our products page and add the equipment to your cart, then continue to checkout.
- At checkout, enter your shipping details then select Pay with NDIS funds from the range of payment methods.
- Email hello@peggs.com.au with the Order Number, Participant NDIS Number and the accounts email address for the Plan Manager.
- We will send an invoice to the Plan Manager to request payment.
- Once payment is received, we will get in touch with shipping details to let you know your order is on its way!
NDIA Managed (Agency Managed)
To submit an order if your plan is NDIA/agency managed:
- Visit our products page and add the equipment to your cart, then continue to checkout.
- At checkout, enter your shipping details then select Pay with NDIS funds from the range of payment methods.
- Email hello@peggs.com.au with your Order Number, NDIS Participant Number, Participant DOB and NDIS Plan Start and End dates.
- We will request payment via the NDIS Portal.
- Once payment for your order has been received, we will get in touch with shipping details to let you know your order is on its way!
