Peggs is a NDIS registered provider, and our products are purpose-built solutions designed to assist participants, and their carers, with laundry-related tasks. We’ve worked with hundreds of support coordinators; plan managers and Allied health professionals who approve our products as reasonable and necessary to support the goal of independence while offering numerous capacity building benefits.

Our products are funded under both Core-Assistance with Daily Life and Capital-Low-Cost Assistive Technology support budgets so whether you are self-managed, plan-managed or NDIA (Agency) Managed we can assist. For next steps please follow the below steps relevant to your situation:

To submit an order if your funds are Self-Managed:

1. Visit our products page and add the equipment to your cart, then continue to checkout.
2. At checkout, enter your shipping details and complete payment via your chosen payment method.
3. Email hello@peggs.com.au with your Order Number and NDIS Participant Number. We will then supply a paid invoice which can be used for reimbursement.

To submit an order if your funds are Plan-Managed:

1. Visit our products page and add the equipment to your cart, then continue to checkout.
2. At checkout, enter your shipping details then select Pay with NDIS funds from the range of payment methods.
3. Email hello@peggs.com.au with your Order Number, NDIS Participant Number and the accounts email for your Plan Manager.
4. We will then send an invoice to your Plan Manager to request payment.
5. Once payment for your order has been received we will get in touch with shipping details to let you know your order is on its way!

To submit an order if your funds are NDIA/Agency Managed:

1. Visit our products page and add the equipment to your cart, then continue to checkout.
2. At checkout, enter your shipping details then select Pay with NDIS funds from the range of payment methods.
3. Email hello@peggs.com.au with your Order Number, NDIS Participant Number, Participant DOB and NDIS Plan Start and End dates.
4. We will request payment via the NDIS Portal.
5. Once payment for your order has been received, we will get in touch with shipping details to let you know your order is on its way!
