We deliver Australia wide using a courier service. Please allow 5-7 working days for delivery to metropolitan areas. Regional areas may take a little longer. For security, the product must be signed for or have an authority to leave e.g. front or back door.
A calling card will be left for you to pick up your item from the nearest depot if this is not convenient a re-delivery fee will be required. Please note: we can't send a Handy Line to a P.O Box.
Our listed products (large and small models) are in stock at all times. If there is any issue with our ability to meet your order then you will be notified.

We also offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are unhappy with any of our products for any reason, simply return it to us within 30 days and we will refund the cost of the product purchased. Note, we will only accept the return of a product if it is undamaged and in its original packaging and you send it back within 30 days. It is your obligation to pay for and ensure the safe return of the product to us. Please note that we will only refund delivery charges if the return is a result of our error, manufacturing fault or damaged in transit
