Reliable Delivery
We use a trusted courier service for delivering our Handy Lines across Australia. Typically, delivery to metropolitan areas takes 5 to 7 business days, while regional areas may experience slightly longer transit times. To ensure the security of your Handy Line, it is essential that the product is either signed for upon receipt or has an 'authority to leave'. Whilst we aim to extend our delivery coverage as much as possible, there may be remote areas outside our service range. If you are not sure, please reach out to us before making a purchase.
In cases where you have elected 'signature on delivery' but are unable to receive the delivery, a calling card will be left for your convenience, indicating the nearest depot for item pickup. If this option isn't suitable, a re-delivery fee will apply. It's important to note that our Handy Lines cannot be dispatched to P.O. Boxes, however, smaller packages sent via Australia Post will be sent with authority to leave as default.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all our products. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please return the item within 30 days from the purchase date, and we will promptly reimburse the cost of the product.
It is important to note that we will only accept returns if the product remains undamaged, in its original packaging, and is sent back within the specified 30-day window. Our accessories can be returned by arranging your own postage, however, for Handy Lines®, Peggs will coordinate the return and deduct the freight charge from your refund.
You are responsible for covering the costs associated with safely returning the product to our facility. Please note that these costs reflect the actual price of delivery, not the significantly discounted rates we charge for shipping your order. Ensuring the product's safe return is crucial for us to process your request efficiently. We will refund delivery charges only in cases where the return is a result of our error, a manufacturing fault, or damage occurring during transit.
Please Note: Any damage that occurs during transit must be reported to Peggs within 24 hours of delivery. Failure to do so will result in Peggs not being held responsible.
