These general terms and conditions ("Terms and Conditions") apply to all competitions organised by Futus Pty Ltd T/A Peggs (the "Promoter"). Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before participating in any Peggs competition.

1. Eligibility

To be eligible to enter any competition, entrants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of the Promoter, their family members, or anyone else connected in any way with the competition or helping to set up the competition shall not be permitted to enter the competition.

2. Entry

Entrants may be required to enter the competition using an online form on the website www.peggs.com.au/competition or by using a unique coupon code provided upon or prior to purchasing selected products, as specified in the respective competition details.

3. Entry Deadline

The closing date for entry will be as specified in the respective competition details. After this date, no further entries to the competition will be permitted.

4. Entry Responsibility

No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

5. Competition Changes

The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these Terms and Conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the Promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the Promoter.

6. Prize Details

The Promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition. No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered, and the prizes are not transferable.

7. Prize Substitution

Prizes are subject to availability, and the Promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

8. Winner Selection

The winner will be drawn at random at a location specified in the respective competition details. The date of the draw will also be specified in the competition details.

9. Winner Notification

The winner will be notified by email and within 28 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

10. Prize Collection

The Promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected or arrange for free postage if the winner lives outside Adelaide, South Australia.

11. Final Decision

The Promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

12. Acceptance of Terms

By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating their acceptance and agreement to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

13. Publicity

The winner agrees to the use of their name and image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner, or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Australian data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent. The winner’s name may be published on our website and social media.

14. No Association with Social Networks

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram or any other Social Network. Participants are providing their information to the Promoter and not to any other party.

15. Retail Customer Eligibility

Competitions, promotional discounts, and exclusive offers are valid for retail customers only.

These general Terms and Conditions shall apply to all Peggs competitions planned, unless stated otherwise in the specific competition details.

Please note the following terms and conditions for our promotional offers: Discounts do not apply to bundled products unless explicitly stated, cannot be combined with other offers, and are limited to one use per customer. Each promotion is valid only during its specified period and is subject to product availability. Peggs reserves the right to modify or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotional discounts are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash or alternatives, and are governed by the laws of South Australia.
