NDIS Registered Provider

You may be eligible to purchase our products using your funding.

Peggs are NDIS registered providers, and our Handy Lines are listed as low-cost assistive technology for which approval is not required. You can request us to submit an invoice to your Plan Manager or the NDIS Portal for payment, or purchase our products directly and submit your tax invoice to the NDIS to be reimbursed.

Our products are funded under both Core (Assistance with Daily Life) and Capital (Low-Cost Assistive Technology) support budgets, and we’ve worked with hundreds of Plan Managers nationwide who have assessed our Handy Lines and accessories as:

  • Relevant to the disability
  • Supporting the goal of independence
  • Recommended by an OT
  • Low cost and low risk
  • Assisting with capacity building

Self-Managed

If your NDIS Plan is Self-Managed, you can purchase direct from our website. Then, just submit your claim to the NDIS for reimbursement.

Plan Managed

If you use a Plan Manager for your NDIS Plan, we make it easy to claim.

  1. At checkout, select Pay with NDIS funds as your payment method
  2. Email hello@peggs.com.au with your Order Number, NDIS Participant Number and Plan Manager’s contact details
  3. We’ll send an invoice to your Plan Manager to request payment
  4. When we receive payment from your Plan Manager, we will contact you and dispatch your order

NDIA Managed (Agency Managed)

If your NDIS Plan is NDIA Managed, Peggs can submit a claim to the NDIS for you.

  1. At checkout, select Pay with NDIS funds as your payment method
  2. Email hello@peggs.com.au with your Order Number, NDIS Participant Number, Participant DOB and NDIS Plan Start and End dates
  3. We will request payment via the NDIS Portal
  4. When payment is released from the NDIS, we’ll contact you and dispatch your order!
